Good News Club
It is with GREAT JOY that we announce that GOOD NEWS CLUBS ARE BACK!!! One is right here at CBC!
Until we can start back at our regular school clubs at DES and elsewhere, two new alternate clubs have been created. These are open to all children in the community, ages 5-12.
Good News Club is FREE and provides an interactive Bible lesson, missionary story, scripture memory, snack, review game & music.
Wednesdays Oct. 7- Nov. 11 at Hallowing Point Park, 12:30- 2:30 p.m.
Wednesdays Oct. 7- Nov. 11 at Calvary Bible Church, 8300 Nursery Rd., Lusby 3:30- 5 p.m. (Outdoor program)

Please pick a club, print and fill out the attachments, and bring with you to club. Need them mailed to you? Let Jen Youngerman know and she will send you the forms!
Club and CoVid Safety The Good News Club team of leaders will follow the CDC's latest CoVid guidelines by practicing social distancing, hand sanitizing and masking if indoors. We will social distance, so wearing masks outdoors is optional, but we still ask parents to please have your child bring a mask to EACH club incase we need to get under the shelter if it rains. Also, Hallowing Point Park (HPP) Club parents, please let us know if you prefer your child to have a mask on if we go to the playground equipment. More CoVid details are on the attached forms for you to sign.
Weather & Indoor Club Both clubs have rainy day/cold weather plans to move indoor if needed. Hallowing Point Park club will move to the Harriet Brown Community Center on Dares Beach Rd. Calvary Bible Church outdoor club will move into its gymnasium. Both clubs, if moved indoor, will practice masking and social distancing. HPP club parents will be notified on these days if the location changes so you know where to bring your child.
